Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact nakhlastore9241@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, and certain perishable or hazardous products are non-returnable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
